Police Discover Woman Unconscious with Drug Paraphernalia; A Child was in the Back Seat

GLOUCESTER CITY NJ (August 14, 2015)–Gloucester City Police on August 13 at 1402 found a female unconscious behind the wheel of her vehicle parked in front of police headquarters. The suspect was awoken and subsequently placed under arrest for Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Drug Paraphernalia.

Jacquelin Pazmino (26) of Williamstown was additionally charged with Child Neglect as her 4 month old son was in the rear of the vehicle while she was passed out.

IN OTHER MATTERS, 

On 08/07 at 0355 officers were called to the 400 block of Hunter Street for an unknown male sleeping on the caller’s porch. Officers located the intoxicated male and helped him return to his residence.
