Pennsylvania Escapee Adam Snatchko ((AKA Patrick Norris) | Pennsylvania State Police

\"12032080_1610602282538396_670349903462833972_n\"ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA: Escape. On Sept. 28, 2015, at approximately 2:50 p.m., Adam Snatchko (AKA Patrick Norris), 43, of Canonsburg, returned to the Riverside Community Corrections Center from an authorized leave. He appeared to be under the influence of drugs. When Snatchko discovered that he would be drug tested, he fled the facility through an unlocked side door.

He is currently serving time for possession with intent to deliver and has an extensive criminal history. He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 210 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has numerous tattoos on his hands and neck. PSP Pittsburgh has a warrant for Escape for Snatchko.
