Three Workshops on Financial Literacy for Women Offered by LVA-CC

(September 10, 2015) – Literacy Volunteers of America in partnership with Camden County Library and the Camden County One-Stop Career Center are offering three, free workshops to help women who need and want to develop their financial literacy skills.

\”Control Your Money: Women and Financial Literacy\” are 90-minute workshops that will address a number of pertinent topics including: Needs vs. Wants, a four step spending plan; Suggestions for Reducing Expenses and Increasing Income; Understanding Credit and Borrowing; Saving and Banking; Avoiding Money Traps; Family Financial Literacy; and Dreaming and Planning.
