GLOUCESTER CITY NJ–Gloucester City Police Officers responded to 11 domestic violence incidents (DVI), 9 motor vehicle accidents (MVA) made 26 arrests and conducted 84 motor vehicle stops (MVS).
In other matters, on 11/13 at 1500 hours a resident of the 800 block of Market Street reported unknown suspect(s) punctured a tire on her vehicle sometime overnight.
On 11/13 at 2015 a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 and Market Street led to the arrest of Jared Winningham (24) of Gloucester Twp. Mr. Winningham was arrested on outstanding warrants and found to be in possession of 1 bag of heroin and empty CDS baggies.
On 11/15 at 1023 officers responded to Chatham Square Apartments for two people sleeping the courtyard of the vacant buildings. On arrival they located the suspects and placed both under arrest. Tito Diaz, Jr (29) and Jennifer Pinardo (34), both of the 400 block of Market Street, were charged with Trespassing.
