| The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Lamar Hinnant, who was last seen at his residence on the 2600 block of North 18th Street on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m. and has not returned home since.Lamar is described as 5’8” tall and weighing 145 pounds.
