
The Thanksgiving menu will feature seasonal flavors with an upscale twist, priced at $55 per person. The meal will begin with roasted butternut squash soup, with sherry, mascarpone and spiced almonds, followed by an autumn salad of seasonal greens, artisan feta cheese, glazed walnuts, craisins and red wine vinaigrette. Citrus and herb-roasted turkey will be served for the main course with vegetable brioche stuffing, whipped potatoes, glazed yams and parmesan-roasted Brussels sprouts. To finish on a sweet note, guests can indulge in their choice of traditional apple pie or pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. The full menu will also be available.
