Officers Shut Down Drug Operation

On March 24th, 2026, during the early morning hours, with the assistance of Gloucester Township Police Special Response Team, the Gloucester Township Police Departments Special Investigations Unit and Winslow Township Special Investigations Unit executed a Search Warrant for illegal narcotics at a residence on the 400 block of Ray Smith Road located within Gloucester Township.

This is the result of an ongoing investigation by the Gloucester Township Police Department which resulted in the recovery of significant quantities of various narcotics.

The arrest of this individual is part of our Community Policing initiatives to eliminate this type of nuisance criminal activity from the neighborhoods of Gloucester Township. We work closely with our residents, our Public Works Department, and our Code Enforcement Unit to keep our community clean and to have these types of neighborhood nuisance properties in compliance with our property and maintenance ordinance.

Arrest: Darnell A. Robinson (Age 43) was arrested and charged with various counts of Distribution of a Controlled Danger Substance, Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 1,000 feet of a School Zone, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance Paraphernalia prior to being remanded to Camden County Jail in accordance with Bail Reform pending Central First Appearance at Superior Court.
