Obituary | Denise M. Heaton of Bellmawr

Denise M. Heaton (nee Gillison), on November 18, 2015, of Bellmawr. Age 61.

Devoted mother of Sean Heaton and Nicole Heaton. Loving sister of Dot Harron (Fred) and the late Anna Marie Smith and Bobby Gillison. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and her furry babies.

There will be a visitation from 6 to 7:30pm Friday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Celebration of Life 7:30pm at the funeral home.

Interment private at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Denise’s name to the Camden County Animal Shelter, 125 County House Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012.

Jackson Residents Oppose Six Flags Solar Plan

 

Jackson, NJ. Jackson, NJ citizens are in uproar over Six Flags Great Adventure’s Plan to deforest 70 acres of environmentally critical Pinelands adjacent to Colliers Mills Wildlife Management Area and in near proximity to hundreds of homes in order to build a solar power plant.

Residents are especially concerned about ground water contamination with heavy metals and carcinogens like hexavalent chromium, which can leech from panels due to damage from vandalism, fire, wear-and-tear, and natural events.
