Dear Mr. Bill,
My son called the court on 2/20/07 and was told that he did not have to appear in court on 2/27/07 about his so-called \”Abandoned vehicle.\” He was told to pay the $45.00 fine, which he sent in on 3/2/07.
Today we find a Failure to Appeal notice (!!!!!!!!!) and now he has to pay ANOTHER $10.00 by 3/20/07. This is after he was told by the court that he didn\’t have to appear.
This is about a car that was never abandoned.
And they wonder why people won\’t stay in this City!
