BONCZAK, Sophie R. (nee Daniszewski), 93, of Mount Ephraim, NJ, peacefully passed away on January 15, 2009.

LEGACY Sophie was a loving and devoted woman who throughout her life strived to please others and place their needs ahead of her own. She was always available to lend a helping hand when needed. To her children, Sophie was loving, caring and proud of all they accomplished. In the eyes of her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sophie was the essence of what we all wish to have in a grandmother. Sophie was proud of her Polish heritage and all of the customs that she was blessed with and was able to share with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren especially at Christmas and Easter holiday celebrations. Born to immigrant Polish parents, Sophie met and married Stanley Bonczak, a young man of the same heritage and together shared 65 years of marriage. Sophie and her family resided in Mount Ephraim for more than 60 years and Sophie was a long time parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She also was a loyal member of the Mount Ephraim 60 Plus Club, Polish American Heritage Society and Polish Womens Alliance of America. Sophie\’s door was always open and was a warm and cozy place for those she knew and loved. Her kitchen was the heart of her home and where Sophie and her family enjoyed countless hours of fond memories and good times that will last forever.

FAMILY Sophie is the beloved wife of the late Stanley J.Bonczak; Loving mother of Stanley J., Richard J. and his wife Amelia T. Bonczak;Cherished grandmother of Richard, his wife Judith A., Christina Marie and Lisa Marie Bonczak;Great grandmother of Richard III and Anthony Joseph Bonczak. Sophie is predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Catherine and her brothers, Julius, Chester and her sister Emily.

FAREWELL Sophie\’s viewing will be held Tuesday 6:30 to 9 PM and Wednesday after 8 AM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury. Funeral Mass Wednesday 10 AM in Sacred Heart R. C.
