Someone sent me this family photo of President Obama as a youngster along with a photo copy of a Indonesia registration certificate that I like to share with the readers of ClearysNoteBook. I lived and worked in Indonesia for Atlantic Richfield in the 1970\’s on and off over a 5 year period and read and spoke the language proficiently.
Seated to the right side along with his father, mother and little sister is President Barack Obama.
The document to the right is a copy of Barack Obama\’s registration form to accompany the family in Indonesia as named on the certificate then was Barry Soetoros.The certificate is written in the Indonesian language.
This I believe is a registration certificate to join the family in Indonesia just after the birth of Barack Obama\’s sisters in Honolulu, Hawaii. (click to enlarge)
On the certificate is listed under:
1. Name: Barry Soetoros = Barack Obama.
2.Tempat Dan tanggal lahir:From Honolulu 4/8/61.
3.Bangas warga negara: Living in Indonesia.
4.Aginia: Religion – Islam.
The other lines are to bleared to much for me to read clearly.
