Resident Says Highway Department Could Do Better

GLOUCESTER CITY NJ-A resident who lives in the 300 unit block of Sylvan Avenue writes, \”Bill, This is what was left behind after collecting yard waste today (Wednesday August 11). You would think the bags could have been placed in the cans that were also dumped. I will clean it up myself, but I think our men in the Gloucester City Highway Department could do better.\”
