HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Commissioner Frank Noonan announced that 91 men and women have joined the ranks of the Pennsylvania State Police following their graduation Nov. 14, 2014 today from the State Police Academy in Hershey.
The ceremony was held at Founder\’s Hall at Milton Hershey School. State Police Commissioner Frank Noonan and Lehigh CountyDistrict Attorney James Martin spoke at the ceremony. Cadet Joseph A. Traino, Jr., of Dalton, Lackawanna County, spoke on behalf of the cadet class. Cadet Traino was also named the outstanding cadet by his classmates and instructors, receiving the American Legion Award.
