7 Yrs in Avenel in child endangering
WOODBURY NJ (January 16, 2015)–Pierce T. Rogg (DOB 1/9/92), of Grand Rapids MI, was sentenced today (1/16) to seven years in New Jersey’s Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center, a facility for sex offenders in Avenel NJ, after pleading guilty to second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Rogg was arrested 3/14/14 by a detective with the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and charged with improperly touching a child under the age of 13 while he was employed as a live-in nanny in a Deptford NJ residence. He was held in default of $75,000 bail.
