Lower bail refused in courthouse theft
WOODBURY NJ (JANUARY 16, 2015)–Barbara A. Poteat-Gill (DOB 7/14/74), of Sicklerville NJ, was denied a reduction in bail today (1/16) on charges she stole the handbag of an assistant Gloucester County prosecutor on the day Poteat-Gill was being sentenced for a prior theft.
