NJ Correction Officer Charged with Arson

WOODBURY NJ May 1, 2015 (CNBNews.net)–Devin E. Cooper (DOB 8/13/88), of Lakehurst NJ, was charged Thursday by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office with setting fire to his vehicle on Caulfield Ave. in Deptford Township NJ on 4/17/15.

Cooper, a New Jersey corrections officer, turned himself in at the Deptford Township Police Department, accompanied by his lawyer. He is charged with second-degree aggravated arson and third-degree arson. Cooper was released after posting $25,000 bail.
