Laura M. Tarves (nee Burns), on May 13, 2015, of Runnemede, formerly of West Philadelphia. Age 84.
Beloved wife of the late Alexander. Devoted mother of James A. (Tracy Simmons) and Kathleen Nasuti. Loving grandmother of Laura Quinn and Kimberly Nasuti. Dear great-grandmother of Alexis Scherfel and Cameron and McKenna Quinn. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Also survived by five beloved childhood friends that were family to her.
Laura and her late husband, Alexander, generously opened their house to several Vietnam Veterans throughout their life.
There will be a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30am on Wednesday morning, May 20, at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Funeral Mass 11am at Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa’s RC Church, 13 E. Evesham Road, Runnemede, NJ 08078.
Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
