Dear Resident:
The Gloucester City Police Department is about to take steps to improve everyone\’s quality of life. We will begin an aggressive campaign to make improvements throughout the city. By working with the residents, business owners, and other city departments as well as the city officials we can make a difference. I have been reading comments being posted on the blogs and in the newspaper, additionally I have seen that improvement needs to be made, and it is obvious there is much needed work that has to be done.
