Hosted at WinterFest, Cooper River Park near the corner of Cuthbert Blvd. and Park Ave., Cherry Hill. This free event on MondayFebruary 23rd from 6 PM to 8 PM, has been organized to provide support and community to our LGBTQ+ residents by highlighting programs, services, support groups, healthcare, financial aid, housing, and more. Delco Goes Regal

Bridgerton-themed gala to take place on May 9th at Kings Mill in Media, PA

Jane Baked It, a Delaware County baked good company, will host the first annual The Gilded Crumb Ball: A Bridgerton Inspired Gala on May 9th at Kings Mill, 6000 Pennell Road, Media, from 5-8 p.m. 

This immersive Bridgerton-inspired ball features live actors, ballroom instruction, decadent fare, and refined libations — a night designed for those who appreciate the finer things and a touch of scandal.

“I cannot wait to bring Bridgerton to Delco,” said Jane Baked It owner Jane Hodson. “The ball will take place inside a venue reminiscent to a gorgeous castle that really elevates the event to the next level. Bridgerton is one of my favorite shows and so many people are watching the show on Netflix, so why not bring it to life.”

The night will feature a delicious hors d’ourve reception, live music with ballroom dancing, a photo booth, open bar, and so much more. Guest will also be treated to a live immersive experience with actors bringing the Bridgerton world to life. 

All guest who attend the gala must be 21 years of age or older.

New Black History Month Event Brings Art, Music & Community to Northern Liberties

Philadelphia, PA – Northern Liberties Business Improvement District will honor Black History Month with a new, two-location First Friday celebration on Friday, February 6, 2026 spotlighting Black creativity, culture and community. This special Black History Month First Friday Kick-Off will highlight two Black and female-owned businesses while featuring local artists, live music, lite bites and a benefit supporting youth arts education. The evening begins at Trunc (929 N. 2nd Street) from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with the opening of 3RD WRL GRL VIEW by artist Leanne Mair, with the artist making her work in the window from 5:00pm to 5:45pm, accompanied by a special musical performance from Faith the Violinist (from 6:00pm to 7:00pm), plus lite refreshments. Rap Snacks and AfroPop will also be available for purchase. The evening continues at 1040 Creative (1040 N. 2nd Street) from 6:00pm to 9:00pm with a special exhibition and benefit “Small Works Wonders” to raise funds for Youth Summer Arts Scholarships.

Make & Take: Bulb Forcing

Saturday, February 7th @ 10AM – 12PM

Trying to beat the winter blues? Join us for a class on bulb forcing and learn the techniques to bring a little spring happiness into your home. Adult participants will make small bulb garden to take home to watch grow and bloom. All supplies and bulbs will be provided, class size is 30 people and cost is $25 per person. New Jersey Blood Service to Host Blood Drive

Seven year old Megan Stitz relies on blood transfusions for her leukemia treatment as she waits for a bone marrow transplant.

CRANFORD, NJ –New Jersey Blood Services (NJBS) is hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, February 4th from 11:00am to 7:00pm at the Cranford VFW. The blood drive is in honor of Megan Stitz, a vibrant 7-year-old girl currently battling acute myeloid leukemia (AML), an aggressive cancer of the blood and bone marrow that requires intensive treatment, including frequent blood transfusions. Megan is currently waiting for a bone marrow transplant.

Megan was diagnosed with AML one week before Thanksgiving and has been receiving care at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Her family is hosting this blood drive in her honor to help ensure patients like Megan continue to receive the blood products they need, made possible through the kindness and generosity of donors.

NJBS Hosts Blood Drive in Honor of Local Physician and Blood Recipient

NJBS recently declared a blood emergency, as blood donations have dropped nearly 40% below what is needed to meet local hospital demand

RED BANK, NJ – New Jersey Blood Services (NJBS) will host a blood drive on Thursday, January 29th from 8:00am to 2:00pm at Life Time in Red Bank. The blood drive will be held in honor of Dr. Matthew Chiarello, a local physician, father, Life Time member and blood recipient.

Dr. Chiarello was unexpectedly diagnosed with bone marrow failure early last year and relies on blood transfusions as he awaits a life-saving transplant. This blood drive is being held to celebrate his strength, resilience, and the opportunity to enter 2026 in good health, which was made possible by the generosity of blood donors.

Commissioners, City Council and Gov-elect Mikie Sherrill Host Day of Service in Camden

Today at 10 a.m., Fairview Village, 2940 Yorkship Square, Camden, in honor of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Board of Commissioners will gather with elected leaders from the state, city, and local volunteers in Yorkship Square to help clean and beautify the Fairview neighborhood. The event will also include a service fair featuring city and county departments.

“On this hallowed day we are coming together to help our neighbors and clean our community. It’s an honor to have the Governor-elect join us for this day of service and I can’t wait to see the hundreds of volunteers that will join us,” said Commissioner Cooley Fleisher. “Working in Fairview and engaging our neighbors is another opportunity to enhance and improve our community. Also, this will be a one-stop-shop for residents for almost any question they have about city or county services.”
