Surf Fishing Clinic – (No surf fishing experience needed.) Open to women at least 18 years old. All equipment and bait will be provided. Participants will learn the basics of surf fishing, including information on rods, reels, line, tackle, knots, bait, fish identification, casting, reading the surf, and caring for your catch. The afternoon will be spent on the beach using techniques learned to fish the surf. The workshop will take place rain or shine, warm or cold. Participants should be prepared with appropriate clothing, as well as other convenience items such as sun screen, sunglasses, hat, and foul weather gear.

Someone sent me this family photo of President Obama as a youngster along with a photo copy of a Indonesia registration certificate that I like to share with the readers of ClearysNoteBook. I lived and worked in Indonesia for Atlantic Richfield in the 1970\’s on and off over a 5 year period and read and spoke the language proficiently.

Seated to the right side along with his father, mother and little sister is President Barack Obama.

This I believe is a registration certificate to join the family in Indonesia just after the birth of Barack Obama\’s sisters in Honolulu, Hawaii. (click to enlarge)

On the certificate is listed under:

1. Name: Barry Soetoros = Barack Obama.

2.Tempat Dan tanggal lahir:From Honolulu 4/8/61.

3.Bangas warga negara: Living in Indonesia.

4.Aginia: Religion – Islam.

The other lines are to bleared to much for me to read clearly.

The Flyways.us website, produced by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in collaboration with flyway and state waterfowl managers, has posted the 2009 Status of Waterfowl Video Report (also available in PDF format). U.S. and Canadian government biologists have conducted waterfowl surveys in North America for more than 50 years, making it the longest-running wildlife survey in the world. The video report describes biologists\’ findings as they surveyed the waterfowl populations of the northern United States and Canada.

An exemption was granted for the 2008 Tournament allowing tournament anglers to keep legal sized fluke on the day of the Tournament, which occurs after the current statewide season closing date.

This event will feature family-oriented entertainment and hands-on activities offered by many of the region\’s hardest-working environmental groups. Music, prizes, and Ride the Ducks boat rides will be available free of charge to hundreds of visitors as they explore the sensitive coastline in their own backyard (supplies limited).
