Monroe Township Man Charged with Multiple Counts of Sexual Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child

Woodbury, NJ – William I. McCray, 25, of Monroe Township, was charged Monday on  27 counts including sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, manufacturing  and distributing child sexual abuse material, and drug offenses.

According to documents filed in this case:

In October 2025 a minor victim reported to police that McCray had sexually assaulted  them. A search warrant was subsequently obtained and executed on McCray’s residence  where CDS, drug paraphernalia, and multiple cellular phones were found.  The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit assisted the Monroe  Township Police Department in a forensic analysis of the electronic devices, where they  found approximately 260 images and 40 video files containing child sexual abuse  material.

A second victim was identified in the files and subsequently interviewed, disclosing they  had also been assaulted by McCray.

An additional five victims were also identified in the photos, videos, and chat messages.  McCray was arrested at his residence on Dec. 3, 2025.

Turning Visual Ideas Into Playable Minecraft Skins With AI Minecraft Skin

Minecraft skins have always been a subtle form of self-expression. They signal how you see your in-game identity before you place a single block. Yet for most players, turning an idea into a usable skin still means pixel editing, trial and error, and time spent fixing tiny alignment issues. That friction is exactly where Image to Minecraft Skin quietly changes the workflow. Instead of drawing from scratch, you describe or show what you want, and the system translates that intent into a skin format Minecraft can actually use.

What makes this approach interesting is not that it replaces creativity, but that it shifts where creativity happens. Instead of focusing on pixels first, you start with visual intent, then refine. In my tests, this feels closer to directing than drawing, which lowers the entry barrier without flattening personal style.

Harry Marker Carnes, M.D., 94, of Audubon

Harry Marker Carnes was born in the mountains of western Pennsylvania to Alexander B. and Harriet F. Carnes during the depths of the Depression when coal and the Railroad were the primary economic drivers of the region. He graduated from Youngwood High in 1950, moving on to Lancaster and Franklin and Marshall College to follow his dream of becoming a doctor. He attended medical school in Philadelphia at Hahnemann Medical College, and interned at Lower Bucks Hospital outside Philadelphia.

Harry met the love of his life, Patricia Carns (yes, Carns) on a blind double date in high school, and they remained together for nearly 70 years, marrying after his graduation from F&M in 1954. They settled in South Jersey where Harry began a small practice, first in West Collingswood, and later in Audubon where Harry continued practicing into his mid 80s. His interest in medical politics led him to becoming President of the Camden County Medical Society, and later the President of the NJ State Medical Society. These experiences made him popular in the American Medical Association for many years.

New Jersey American Water to Upgrade Cherry Hill Water Infrastructure with $2.5 Million Investment

New Jersey American Water is investing approximately $2.5 million to upgrade critical water infrastructure in Cherry Hill, replacing nearly a mile of aging water main to help ensure continued reliability, water quality, and fire protection for local customers. The project will replace an older cement water main with a new 16-inch ductile iron main along Kresson Road between Springdale Road and Cropwell Road.

This investment is part of the company’s ongoing, multi-year commitment to strengthen water infrastructure in more than 100 communities across New Jersey, supporting reliable service and consistent water quality over time. By making planned investments in infrastructure, New Jersey American Water helps reduce the likelihood of service interruptions, improves water flows for homes and businesses, and supports dependable fire protection for the community. These improvements are designed to deliver long-term value by reinforcing the system customers rely on every day.

Construction is already underway and is expected to be completed by June 2026. Crews will typically work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the possibility of evening and weekend work if needed to maintain the project schedule. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained throughout construction, and crews will work directly with customers to accommodate driveway access as needed.

Speaker Coughlin Thanks Governor Murphy for Eight Years of Steady Service to New Jersey

“As we close the final chapter of Governor Phil Murphy’s administration, I want to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation for his eight years of dedicated service to the people of New Jersey and for being a tremendous partner to the Legislature. Through moments of progress and times of uncertainty, Governor Murphy kept a steady hand and an open mind, always guided by a deep responsibility to the people he was elected to serve.

“Working side by side, we delivered historic property tax relief, strengthened our best-in-class public schools, expanded access to health care, and of course, worked to make New Jersey more affordable. We supported the small businesses that create jobs and sustain our communities, strengthened protections for families, workers and voters and moved New Jersey closer to his vision of a stronger and fairer economy. Within state government, we rebuilt New Jersey Transit, earned nine consecutive credit rating upgrades and met our retirement security promises to our public sector workers.
