If a particular substance can be deadly even with minimal exposure, it seems obvious that subjecting people to high amounts of that substance would be imprudent, even for the sake of science.
According to JunkScience.com founder Steven Milloy, however, the EPA does just that.
The substance is an air pollutant called Particulate Matter up to 2.5 micrometers in diameter, better known as PM2.5.
