GLOUCESTER CITY NJ (October 22, 2015)--Following an extensive investigation into the sale of fraudulent raffle tickets detectives from the Gloucester City Police Department arrested a suspect on Wednesday, October 21. The individual is Todd E. Zane, age 36, of the 700 unit block of Division Street, Gloucester City. The sale of the fraudulent tickets was reported to authorities on October 16, 2015.
Zane was charged with forgery and theft by deception. Anyone who purchased a raffle ticket from this individual is asked to come to police headquarters with their ticket stub in an effort to identify all residents who may have been victimized.
It should be noted the suspect is presumed innocent until proven otherwise.
