N.J. Voters to Consider Higher Ed Bond Issue

In addition to filling 1,448 local board of education positions, electing members of Congress and choosing a slate of electors to cast New Jersey\’s votes in the presidential race, Garden State voters will also approve or reject a $750 million bond issue for higher education next Tuesday. If approved, the funds would support facilities and programs at New Jersey colleges and universities.
