Mullen Tosses Six; Hueth, O’Keefe Add Two RBI

MERION STATION, Pa.
 – Chris Hueth and Brian O’Keefe had two runs batted in apiece as the Saint Joseph’s baseball team dug out of an early hole to top Fordham, 6-2, at Smithson Field on Friday afternoon. Kyle Mullen tossed six innings of five-hit ball, while Steven Schuler and Jimmy Yacabonis combined for three perfect innings of relief.

Fordham (10-14 overall, 0-5 Atlantic 10) took an early 2-0 lead on a pair of unearned runs. Joseph Runco reached on an error to start the game, and he and Tim Swatek came in to score on a single by Charles Galiano.
