GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP NJ–On August 30, 2013, an officer from the Gloucester Township Police Department was reporting for duty in his personal vehicle when he observed two suspicious persons, a male and female, walking on Cecelia Drive in Blackwood, NJ. Both were stopped by the officer and an on duty officer.
During the investigation, it was determined that Jamie House of Alexandria, VA had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was taken
