Driver of a dark Chevy Avalanche, with black wheels, tinted windows, and custom rear taillights, pulls into a parking spot but never exits the vehicle. When the driver backs out of his parking spot, he strikes a white Mini Cooper, then flees the area toward Chews Landing Road.
