Paulsboro Man Arrested for Failing to Appear in Court

 

 

GLOUCESTER COUNTY NJ (January 12, 2015)Jerome Worthy (DOB 2/13/83), of Paulsboro NJ, was arrested Friday (1/9/15) at a Paulsboro apartment complex on a warrant for failing to appear in court on narcotics charges and possession of a weapon while committing a drug crime.

 

A detective with the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Fugitive Investigations Unit and Paulsboro police officers took Worthy into custody without incident in a vehicle in the parking area of the Cedar Knoll Apartments. He was turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Worthy’s charges stem from a 4/3/14 arrest in West Deptford NJ in which he and a codefendant were arrested. He was scheduled for a status conference 12/8/14 but failed to appear and a bench warrant was issued for him.
