WOODBURY NJ (February 18, 2015)–Gabriel Moran (DOB 7/11/94), of Williamstown NJ pleaded guilty today (2/18) to the robbery of a Monroe Township gas station at knifepoint on 1/31/13 and the 9/6/13 robbery of a woman waiting for a ride at Monroe’s Pfeiffer Community Center, by striking her in the head with a gun and taking her pocketbook.
In a plea agreement, Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Temperance Williamson will recommend that Moran be sentenced to nine years in state prison on the gas station robber. His sentence on the 9/6/13 robbery will be left to the discretion of Superior Court Judge M. Christine Allen-Jackson, who scheduled sentencing for 4/10/15.
