Born January 30 th, 1966, Suddenly passed on July 15 th, 2015 from stage 3 COPD at her residence in Gloucester City at the age of 49.
She is survived by her father Wallace \”Wally\” Walters, family, and many friends. She is preceded in death by her mother Phyllis Walters and brother Robert Walters. Theresa was born in Philadelphia, PA and was a resident of Barrington. She attended Haddon Heights High school and graduated in 1984. She worked for the past several years at Bureau of Vital Statistics for the City of Philadelphia, PA as a clerk. Theresa had a passion for God, her family, friends, and nature.
