Ronald Boettcher Jr Sentenced 8 Years for Pos. of Pot with Intent to Distribute

WOODBURY NJ–Ronald Boettcher Jr. (DOB 10/30/68), of Deptford NJ, was sentenced today to eight years in New Jersey state prison after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Although the plea was to a third-degree crime, which has a sentencing range of three to five years in prison, Boettcher’s record of prior drug convictions in Gloucester and Camden counties dating back to 2000 made him eligible for an extended term of confinement.
