The \”Mega Million\” heroin stamp has been involved in several fatal and non-fatal overdoses that have occurred within towns in Morris, Bergen and Passaic counties.
Expedited lab analysis on the initial fatal overdose has confirmed the presence of dangerous heroin and adulterants.
