50 Organizations Call for Extension of Comment Period and Addition of Public Hearings

A 30-day public comment period that falls during the holiday season and the lack of public hearings are among the concerns raised by fifty organizations fighting pipeline and infrastructure projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic in a letter they submitted to DEP Secretary John Quigley calling for more opportunities to comment on the 335-page draft report issued by the Wolf administration’s Pipeline Infrastructure Task Force.
