Shaw-Paulin Post 241 American Legion of Glassboro has chosen two delegates from Glassboro High School to attend the 2008 New Jersey Boys State program. The event will be held at Rider University, Lawrenceville, from June 15-20. Glassboro Lions Club is a co-sponsor. Delegates are Glen V. Chew Jr., right, and Courtney J. Gadson, left, both students at Glassboro High School and members of the National Honor Society. The American Legion Boys State is a week-long educational program for outstanding high school juniors from across the state. More than 900 students will attend and participate in music and sports as well as receive training in the democratic government process and enhance character development.
