On September 7, 2008. Age 81. (nee Krebs) Of Gloucester City. Loving wife of 49 years to the late Samuel G. Monroe. Devoted mother of Maryann (John) LaGesse, Sam C. Monroe, Mary Kathryn (Chris) Donegan and the late Rosemary (surviving Joe) Staudenmayer. Beloved grandmother of 11.

Beatrice was a 1945 graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School. She worked many years as a telephone operator for Glenview Answering Service. Beatrice was a faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Mary’s R.C. Church in Gloucester City. At the request of the family, there will be no viewing.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 11 am at Saint Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City.
