Edward MacDaniels, age 85, Life Member of VFW Post 3620

MACDANIELS, EDWARD
Age 85, of Gloucester City, NJ, died August 24th in Highland Village, TX and was married 61 years to Eleanor nee Quinn.
He served in theNational Guard and the United States Army. Edward was a Life Member of V.F.W. Post 3620, a member of the Boy Scouts of America and the Disabled American Vets. He was affiliated with many string bands – Broomall, Sterling and-Old Timers. He was also a member of the We-Co-Ha and Apache Camping Clubs and the Gloucester City\’s Over the Hill Gang. Edward was a pipefitter for the New York Shipyard and retired in 1979 from Campbell Soup.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor; daughter, Elaine Brasberger and husband, Michael of Highland Village, TX and son Richard MacDaniels and wife, Kathleen of National Park, NJ; grandchildren, Terry Moser and husband, Don, Michael Brasberger, Jr., Richard MacDaniels, Jr. and wife, Sara and Steven MacDaniels; great grandchildren, Samantha, Zackery, Ashton and Allen and sister, Anna Mae Gandy of Holiday, FL.
A service to celebrate Edward\’s life will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 31, 2008, at MULKEY-MASON FUNERAL HOME in Lewisville, Texas. For online condolences please go to www.mulkeymason.com.
