$\"Cross$ On February 9, 2009, (nee Lynch) of Gloucester City, NJ after a courageous battle with cancer. Sandy was the beloved wife of the late Raymond D. Cowgill and loving daughter of Dorothy and the late John A. Lynch, Jr. of Lake Wales, FL. She was the devoted mother of James F. Harris and Jenna Leigh Cowgill both of Gloucester City and loving Grammy of Alyssa, Jimmy, Mason and Lily Grace. Her dear sisters Deborah E. Gallagher (John) of Haddon Heights, Donna Sue Stein (Robert) of Gloucester City and niece and nephews Kevin, Nick, Kelli and Jason also survive her.

Sandy was an active member of the Gloucester City Democrat Club and was a prior member of the Gloucester City BOE and the Gloucester City Celebrations Committee.

Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Feb. 14th at Ascension Lutheran Church, 4th & Highland Blvd., Haddon Hts., NJ. Family Visitation is 9:30 to 11:00 AM with Sandy\’s Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers her family requests memorial donations be sent to the Gloucester City HS Scholarship Fund, Rt. 130 & Market St., Gloucester City, NJ 08030, Attn: Sean Gorman.
