On November 3, 2009. Age 95. Of Brooklawn. Devoted husband of 40 years to the late Dorothy A. (nee Carr). Loving father of Kathleen Thomas of Brooklawn and the late Edward J. Thomas. Dear brother of Catherine Olsen and her husband Wesley of FL. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Edward proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during WW II. He was a member of Brooklawn American Legion Post 72. Edward worked 25 years as a candy maker for Whitman’s in Philadelphia. He was a faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Maurice R.C. Church in Brooklawn.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his viewing of Saturday morning from 8:45 to 9:45 am at St. Maurice R.C. Church: 401 Community Rd., Brooklawn, NJ.
