Kevin B. Kelly, on August 6, 2013, of Bellmawr. Age 64.

Beloved husband of 45 years of Linda (nee Passmore). Devoted father of Kevin Kelly, Jr., Brian Kelly (Nancy), Michael Kelly (Michelle), and the late Shannon Kelly. Loving Pop Pop of Brian, Victoria, Zackary, Luke, Chazz and Kevin, III. Dear brother of Maryanne Hanlon and the late Jack Kelly, Michael Kelly, and Susan Kelly. Also survived by ten nieces and nephews.

Mr. Kelly was a member of the Cape May County Elks Club, the VILLAS Fishing Club, D.A.V. of Del Haven, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

There will be a viewing from 9am to 12 noon Saturday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral service 12 noon at the funeral home.

Interment private.

No flowers at the request of the family.

Sculptor commissioned with creating Joe Frazier statue dies unexpectedly

Lawrence Nowlan, the Philadelphia-raised sculptor who was creating the statue to honor late boxing great Joe Frazier, has died. Nowlan, 48, passed away of natural causes last Tuesday.

Indictment Unsealed Charging Three with the Alleged Violent Robbery of Jewelry Store

PHILADELPHIA PA AUGUST 5–The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that an indictment charging three individuals with allegedly being involved in the violent robbery of a York County jewelry store has been unsealed.

According United States Attorney Peter J. Smith, Jamell Smallwood, age 42, of Allentown, Pennsylvania; Timothy Forbes, age 31, of Allentown, Pennsylvania; and Jesse Brewer, age 38, of Jamaica, New York, were charged with robbery and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence.
