Audubon First candidate Bill Gannon said of the ordeal over an unadvertised meeting, \”What’s always legal is not always about what’s right.\” Yes, an effort was made to advertise the meeting. Yes, the borough is within the limits of the Sunshine Law by the grace of the 48-hour notice exception. But is it right?
