Vice President Jamie Casey opened the recent Bellmawr Board of Education (BOE) meeting by presenting the \”Board Award\” to students Autumn Baldini and Anjali Patel, for donating their hair to the \”Locks of Love\” program.
Previously, student Kayla Rhodes had received the same award. The organization crafts wigs for children who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment.
President Jody Mangus commented on the ongoing process with QSAC, also noting that all administrators are now using a new walk-through tool.
Jeff Brickner commented on EMC matters, adding that the Graduation Dance Committee met with the Bell Oaks PTO regarding security issues from 2009, in order to develop a plan for the 2010 cotillion.
