TCNJ basketball schedule reminder/change

The College of New Jersey men\’s basketball team will play their home make-up game against Drew University today (Monday, January 11) at 7 p.m. at Packer Hall.
Also, the times for the away basketball double-header on Saturday, January 30th against Ramapo College have been changed. The women\’s game will now begin at 5 p.m. and the men\’s game will start at 7 p.m.
Later this week, the men\’s and women\’s team will host a conference DH on Wednesday, January 13th against Rutgers University-Camden at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Both teams return to Packer Hall this Saturday, January 16th to host Rutgers University-Newark at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

ROWAN WOMEN’S BASKETBALL WINS AT NJAC OPPONENT RUTGERS-NEWARK, 58-54

NEWARK NJ – The Rowan University women’s basketball team won at Rutgers-Newark, 58-54 in a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) game on Saturday night.

Forward Amanda Jennings (sr. Turnersville, NJ/Washington Twp.) led the Profs with 20 points and 14 rebounds. Forward Michelle Lala (sr. Wayne, NJ/Wayne Hills) followed with 17 points and a career-high 17 boards. Guards Danielle Rohe (sr. Dumont, NJ/Dumont) and Gina Catanzariti (jr. Cinnaminson, NJ/Cinnaminson) contributed with nine and eight points respectively. Guard Alissa Lamey (so. Northfield, NJ/Mainland Reg.) dished seven assists.
