OMAHA, Neb. – Country music singers Julianne Hough and Bucky Covington III will share the stage at the 2010 College World Series Road to Omaha® Jam on June 18 starting at 6 p.m. Central time. The free family-oriented concert in the southeast parking area of Rosenblatt Stadium will be part of a full day of activities that include the Opening Ceremonies inside the stadium starting immediately following the concert.

\”Both performers have had albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart,\” noted Scott Fosler, NCAA assistant director of brand strategies and events. \”Their appearance at the Road to Omaha Jam represents the first time two headline performers have been scheduled as part of the Opening Celebration entertainment.\”
In addition to her recording career, Hough is a two-time winner of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and was described on ABC’s 20/20 as one of the best dancers \”on the planet.\” In addition to her self-titled album that debuted No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart, the Mercury Nashville Records artist released a holiday album that has sold more than 157,000 copies.
