VOORHEES, N.J. – August 4, 2010 – Voorhees Town Center’s ambitious $150 million
mixed-use redevelopment, the first of its kind and scale in South Jersey, is a finalist for the Best Mixed Use Community Site Plan in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 2010 Pillars of the Industry Awards. The project, a true community center with high-quality retail and non-traditional tenants, is a joint effort by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) and developers Dewey Commercial Investors, L.P. and was selected as a 2010 top trend setter within the multifamily housing industry. The prestigious Pillars of the Industry Awards program is specifically designed to honor the finest multi-family design, development, management and marketing projects across the nation. The winners will be announced in fall 2010.
