New Dates and Times for Overnight Closures/Restrictions of Interstate 95

Christiana, DELAWARE — The Delaware Department of Transportation\’s (DelDOT) contractor, Cherry Hill Construction, will be periodically redirecting traffic overnight on various dates in February by closing Interstate 95, restricting lanes or closing ramps to expedite the installation of steel beams over I-95. 

DelDOT recommends motorists avoid construction and seek alternate routes during these times. All closures, restrictions and associated detours will be signed before and during construction activity. The work is necessary to build the new interchange.
