Michael Martina (DOB 10/15/64), of Audubon, was sentenced today (9/20) to seven years in New Jersey state prison after pleading guilty 3/4/13 to second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, specifically, having improper oral contact with a nine-year-old child at his former Harrison Township residence in 2008.
Superior Court judge M. Christine Allen-Jackson also ordered the defendant to pay $3,388 in restitution to the family of the victim and she left the exact payment amount open for 45 days.
