GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP (SEPTEMBER 3, 2014)–Gloucester Township Police Department Officers were conducting a anti-narcotics operation after receiving complaints from area residents in the area of Sicklerville Road and Orr Road. Officers observed two people engaged in a drug transaction, and arrested the two suspects as a result of stopping the suspect vehicles.
Officers observed a Silver Acura, circling the parking lot of a nearby convenience store and then park directly behind a White Honda, which was parked and occupied by one male occupant in the driver seat. The operator of the Acura, identified as Vincent E. Dick, exited his vehicle and approached the driver side of the Honda, which was occupied by Alexander H. Gonzalez. The two appeared to conduct a drug transaction, and were stopped by officers as they left the area.
