Mrs. Moen, age 90, died on September 17, 2014 from complications of Alzheimer\’s Disease.
She was the former owner of the defunct Gloucester Officer Supplies. She was employed for many years as a teacher\’s aide at the Gloucester Heights Grammar School, and for a time she worked for the Gloucester City News when the newspaper was owned by the Cleary family. Blanche was a former member of Cloud Chapter No. 101 OES.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Moen, and loving mother of Joseph Moen, Jr. and Sharyn Moen. She is also survived by her dear grandchildren Michael, David, Joseph, William, Mandy, Karen, Shelley, Laure and 11 great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to meet Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 700 POWELL ST., GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ. Blanche’s funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with interment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers her family has suggested memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc., 3 Eves Dr., Suite 310, Marlton, NJ 08053 or Wounded Warriors Project, P.O.
