Voorhees, NJ – Thomas J. Balcavage has been named Senior Vice President of Technology & Program Services at Kennedy Health, an integrated health delivery system. Mr. Balcavage, an 18-year Kennedy associate, had previously served as Vice President/Chief Information Officer with Kennedy, which has three acute care hospitals and numerous ambulatory facilities throughout southern New Jersey.
