Pa Governor Orders Flags at Half-Staff in Memory of DelCo/Gloucester City Fireman

MORTON, PA (December 10, 2019)—Former Gloucester City firefighter Michael Malinowski died suddenly on December 3.   Malinowski was a volunteer firefighter with the Gloucester City Fire Department from 1996 to 2015. A few years back he and his family moved to Morton, Pa where he continued to serve as the captain of the Morton Rutledge Volunteer Fire Department. On Monday evening, Dec. 2 Malinowski responded to the report of trees and wires down just after 8 p.m. in Nether Providence, Pa.
